Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Walked in a week prior to needing a car to make a reservation and had a very nice experience. The young woman who helped me was pleasant, professional and gave me a written reservation with all of the information on it, price, car type, return time, etc.
When I went in today the gentleman behind the counter started with doubling the cost and downgrading the vehicle. He told me the person made a mistake and refused to honor the price, even though I had it in writing. After much arguing back and forth he we’re the rate but, ultimately would not honor the agreed to return time.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They clearly do not care about maintaining customers and standing behind their own written reservations.
BTW - I left. I refuse to have a company treat me with such disrespect even though it was a huge inconvenience for me having to find another car to rent with such short notice.

The first car I got was so small it could barely hold me, my daughter and our luggage. The second car was dirty. My daughter’s allergies flared up and we had to make an emergency stop to find a Walgreens to purchase allergy medicine.

I received both vehicles with half a tank of gas or less. This is so inconvenient that the cars don’t come with a full tank of gas.

I took my SunPass transponder with me and was charged the toll on my SunPass account but Enterprise turned around and automatically charged my credit card for tolls I already paid. When I questioned them on this I was told to contact SunPass. Then SunPass confirmed that this is an Enterprise charge and I would have to contact them. When I reached out AGAIN I was told to provide my SunPass statement and they would issue a refund.

I should not have to go through all of this run around.

Customer service is poor and I will not rent from Enterprise ever again.

Lately I had been renting cars here and definitely all my experiences were good.
I had a few suggestions and all the employees (Foster, Janeth and Nick) took care about it, they are awesome. I love to feel appreciate as a costumer and this people are doing great and beyond on that.
The prices are affordable and you feel safe driving their cars.

I have rented with many Enterprises and this location from beginning to end was the best experience. The whole team were efficient, heartwarming, professional and knows the true meaning of customer service.

Also special thanks to Janelle Dominguez and Nick for making this process so easy. You guys were so awesome !

Foster checked me in on Friday October 21,2022. Igor checked me out on October 24th, 2022 and I must say both men Customer service was phenomenal. Igor especially. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs due to me being given the wrong information by the customer service line when I called to ask a question about me returning the vehicle after closing hours. I walked out a happy customer. Thanks Igor 😉.

Car dealership sent me here for a car. Great service they took great care of me. I've always had a pleasant experience with Enterprise car rental. I've used them many times in my travels

I gave a 4 star due to the condition of two of the vehicles that I was given. I had to return them both due to problems which I know it wasn't the workers fault because vehicles are constantly rotating.
As for the customer service part, it was awesome. This was my first time dealing with that Margate location and I must say, it will not be my last time. There was a young lady name Kiandra Flowers and a young man by the name of Foster LeBeau Harrison, they both was very professional and handled the issues very well. They're the reason I wouldn't mind returning to this location because I have had some very bad experiences in the past years with rude and unprofessional workers.

Overall the experience was great, Thank you!

Rented from the 2699 N State Rd 7, Margate, FL location. Easiest & fastest in & out exerience i have ever had at a rental! Easy after hours drop off as well. Staff was great! Friendly and professional! Branch manager Foster contacted me several times to ensure service was nothing less than excellent, which it was!
