Really great RV Park/Campground. Really clean, modern, engaged staff, ideally located, quiet, dog friendly, clean, reasonable laundry. They have a produce guy that comes in weekly. So many details to make you feel good. We will be back!

Not welcoming to families for any length of time. Visited the office and the gal was super nice but basically said they are not interested in having families here. They charge a $5 per child rate daily to deter families from coming.

This place was my home for 3 years. Every member of the staff from office to maintenance are outstanding. More like family than staff. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are great. I only moved away because of my wife's illness. If I could, I would live there forever. Much love to Jack , Cathy and Genie. A great place to live

There is no pool, no fitness room, no amenities that you would think would be included in a place with The name "Resort" in it. Been waiting for the pool to be built for 3 years. No excuse.

I live here. Minor damage due to storm. Cleanup in process. Staff helpful getting propane and assistance in parking rv. Thank you.

Nice park crowded and close quarters but manageable. Took a bit of time getting my rig into our spot as it was tight only a few inches clearance but enough. Pay attention to the directions coming in or you will pass the entrance.

Dump, false advertisement and walking creepers. Old run trailers with permanent residents that don’t keep there place up to code.

Lived there for 2 years.. I moved in during Covid sand 2 weeks after my wife gave birth to our first son this was the letter I got..the only thing that makes 12 oaks look good are there hard working employees.. but I’m beyond words about this experience..Now I live at Wekiva falls don’t ever move in there!!!!!!!
