This was one of THE best RV parks we’ve ever stayed at on our travels with my husband’s job. The owners, Bull and Christine, are awesome, as well as the host, Chevy. It wasn’t just the ambiance of the place - being right on the water, the piers we walked day and night, all the sea life we saw every day, watching 2 rocket launches from the park. It is also the amazing people we met there. Thank you for such a great experience!

My husband and I just stayed in the "Shrimp Lovers" cabin..so cute! This cabin had a full kitchen, Roku TV and all the comforts of home. It was also very clean with the cutest rustic beach life décor! We really like that we were able to bring our boat, put in right there and keep it docked right outside of our cabin door. The picture I added was taken outside of our door in the early morning. There were plenty of really nice places to eat nearby and if you want to venture out, there is some really good dining in New Smyrna Beach. One night we ate at a place called Norwood's Restaurant & Treehouse Bar...very cool atmosphere with live music and great food! Lathrom's Landing was a great find and we will most definitely be back for another visit!

Nice weekend getaway! We spent Mother’s Day at this RV PARK and really enjoyed our stay. Watching the sun rise and fishing from the dock, just steps from our RV was a great experience. Everyone was so welcoming. Our camp host Chevy and the owners Doug and Christine went out of their way to accommodate us and our family. We will back!

The owners were the bomb - very nice people! A lot of longterm residents but not your typical standoffish attitude - very welcoming. Park is very clean and everything is kept up well. We only spent the weekend but everyone was friendly and took us in like family. I give it an A plus and will definitely be back!

I’m a part time resident of Oak Hill and stay at Lathroms fish camp, my wife and I stay in the sea trout.Bring your flats skiff & a filet knife..! Place is super clean and cozy fish camp..! The owners BULL & Christie are really cool and friendly.. as we also met a lot nice people who stay here as well.We will continue to always stay here just living a mile away being on the water is awesome..! Don’t forget to shop at the Oak Hill Country Store..!

My sister and I wanted to be close to home but have an amazing experience. This park was recently purchased by some amazing people, Christine and Bull. We had never met them before this trip, but it was an instant friendship! The entire camp/RV park was clean and so incredibly friendly. We were able to fish and catch some amazing Black Drum and several trout. Fishing from the 260 ft pier was incredible!

Stayed there December through Mid March. Great place with outstanding host. The owner treated us great and helped out all they could. The other campers all very friendly and made us feel at home. Would recommend this place for anyone.

I have been in the area my whole life. And this is by far the best one here. It has it all. Super quiet biggest fish ever. The owner is very nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Mo Lee.
