Horrible, dirty park. I'm certain that the ratings in this park are generated by the year-round/full time renters. I read the reviews before booking this site and it was clear that the entrance was a bit tight and also to let the front office know if you have a big rig as the sites could be challenging, which I did.

Upon arrival, we noted the beautiful massive amount of trees but those only added to the feeling of claustrophobia. Our 42' coach was assigned to the very back of the park crowded in like sardines with our neighbors. Some say this camp is rustic-a polite word for a dump. The paved roads are so torn up it is as though you are driving on gravel. The lot we were directed to also had a paved pad that had disintegrated.

We were less than a foot from a large tree and amongst many other trees which provided us with plenty of multi-legged visitors. This was not a surprise but not things I wish to have in my coach.

I read that others who had negative experiences had at least enjoyed their neighbors. In our case we had our door knocked on twice in 2 days. One time was when we pulled in and left the truck running briefly so we could keep our animals safe until we opened up the coach. The second time was the next day as my husband had parked the truck on our assigned lot; however, this is where the people next to us would play corn hole and the truck was impeding on their game. He obligingly moved only to notice they never brought out the corn hole.

If you care about your property (coach, etc) I would stay clear of this horribly maintained location.

We are leaving 2 days ahead of our scheduled week, as the energy here is far worse than we have ever experienced.

Shaded and nice campground sites. The week we were there had a domestic situation in the park with arrests and other residents said the same thing had happened the week before to a different couple. Appears there is some issues with some of the residents. Scary.

Beautiful park! Sites are decent sized however certain trees may make navigating into a site difficult, or could impede opening slides so be aware.
They have 2x/week trash pick up from your site which is very convenient.
Pool/jacuzzi and bathrooms were all well kept and clean.
They offer a laundry room with an attached game room which is great to pass the time with air hockey, jenga, ping pong, and giant connect 4. The laundry is a little expensive compared to a laundromat but cleaned the clothes much better.
Our neighbors were very friendly!
We were along the fence so we did get traffic noise but were not bothered by it.
The park itself is very peaceful, and is especially quiet and nice to walk at night.
This is one of our favorite parks so far and one we look forward to staying in again!

Lovely place. Spots are narrow, but shaded, which is great. Laundry room is small, but works, people are friendly & the resort is dog friendly. There are no receptacles to dispose of your pet's waste so you have to carry it with you. Ping pong table is fun & so is the air hockey table, but it was definitely needing to be replaced because wood chunks were coming off, but we overall enjoyed our stay & loved that trash got picked up curbside!!!

They are in consider it to people that live here full time and kicking people out because the camper and a trailer is too old and don't care if that people on disability or veterans a homeless because they can't find a place to live. This park is all about making money and that's all they think about

Great campground with a quiet, respectful crowd, a wonderful library, great pools, beautiful grounds, and a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner and other holiday celebrations.
