Cozy place, place was way better with the old managers. The new managers and maintenance guy are very messy. Still a nice and quite place to hook up your camper. Free internet and cable. Minutes from everything.

I've been told there have been raising the cost of rent more than they should. 2 rate increases in the last 8 months. In a time that the country is failing, we don't need even more to worry about

I just called to check on how much rent is 360 per mo. Not bad But I asked how much electric is per kilowatt hour an she said it was 15.25 per hour the rate Is from 11.25 to 13.25 what a ripoff

Nice place..very accommodating... things have changed with this park since I posted this 4 years ago . Joanne, the manager went off the deep end ... lost many good renters & accommodated the low life renters . We left on our own because of the craziness.
