Old Town Campground

Stayed a week here, nice quiet campground for ones looking for some relaxing time. Very friendly lady that checked me in, reasonable rates this time of year. Alot of state parks nearby and not far from the Gulf for fishing and boating.

Priced pretty well.
Good service and helpful management. Very relaxing area.
Close towns, and cities . But far enough from all the hassle.
Plenty of shopping and entertainment under an hour.

Watch-out for directions on Google maps: the turn onto SE Hwy 349 in Old Town is to the south. Maps says turn north and I am guessing it thinks Old Town Campground (OTC) is the campground 5 miles to the north that is actually Lucky Charm RV park.
We stayed the entire 2021/2022 snowbird season at OTC and are again this season. Good digs if you can get 'em.

Says dump station for traveling RVrs in google maps search, but when I got there was told under new management and could not be accommodated. Sad really since the extra cash could help them improve the place. Seemed like a decent place other than that.

Cute place. Went camping with my mom near her Class C. Was a good time!

i am new to the camping world but cheryl and the staff here are great hosts and had electric, hot showers and was able to have wifi and a useable printer in the office, but the great people also made it a great experience, if i retire this would be a great choice for the quiet life

It's not bad, just not my cup of tea. I'm sure all the people parked there can give it a better and more fair review than I can.

We always stop here on the way to South Florida. We look forward to the stop as it is so quiet and peaceful. The people are friendly and welcoming. Each year the owner has done improvements and the price is reasonable. Easy drive off Hy 98. I would highly recommend!
