What a gem hidden away in this little town in South Central Florida. It used to be a KOA years ago and is in fact still owned by the original owner. Being an old park it is expectedly dated, but the facilities are well kept and clean, and it's got a nice pool. It's a big Park and has several full-time residents as well as pull through spaces and back in spaces for overnighters. All of the sites have 30 and 50 amp hookup Water and Sewer, but no cable TV. It's a nice little park and we liked it, and we will return again as we have friends that live in the area not too far away. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and a rental car agency that's close enough to walk to from the park if you need to get a rental car. There's a Sam's Club and Walmart a few miles as well.

Fantastic little gem. The owner is a wonderful guy who's owned it over 45 years. There's a nice heated pool. This is a nice quiet, adult centered place (not a party or kiddo campground) and everyone was very very friendly and laid back. There is on site laundry, a shower house and an above average selection in the store of camping/rv accessories. Sites are a bit cramped in some areas but others are spacious, some of the aisles are tight so I recommend parking at the office and walking it first if you have a big rig (some were tight in our 31' fifth wheel).

This place is great and is run by some very pleasant people. We had bad experiences with our other calls from people who didn’t seem to care what we did, but they won us over on the phone with their service. This is a basic park but it has all the amenities including a heated pool! It’s jot the Hilton, but you’re not paying those prices either. We stayed in lot 10 and enjoyed every minute!
