The customer service was awesome! Ladies were very nice and kind.
Also they have veggie patties🥰😍,
MY sandwich was very delicious, and fresh. I ordered the footlong, veggie patty sandwich on white bread, with American cheese, lettuce spinach, tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, bellpeppers, pickles.
I definitely recommend 👌 ❤

My husband went to get me lunch but after my husband saw the look of the place with all the dust, tables not cleaned. Serving bar had numerous long hairs on it. And the kid didn't act as if he wanted to work there. My husband wanted to walk out but he was short on time. Just FYI we won't be suggesting this location to any of our friends or employees. This heavy set guy with glasses and long hair just didn't care and had to be told several times between the kind of bread then cheese. He would have gotten it all wrong if My husband didn't catch it. My husband would love to speak to the owner to know why this business is being allowed to run this way. What ever happened to team work and cleanliness.

I love this subway and visit quite often, the ladies inside are super nice. Although I would like the sandwiches to be better built (I'm rather picky) I think it's a great place. The veggies are always fresh too, no soggy and days old looking greens.

I went on Sunday at around 2-3 pm and nobody was there, we waited and yelled to see if someone was there to attend us but nobody showed up. The alarm for the online order was going off for the longest and we still waited a good 5 minutes to see if anybody showed up but nobody did.

I ordered a phili cheese steak and received an entitled mess instead. I hardly had any meat and my bread was stale!

This is the stupidest and funniest Subway I've been to lmao.

They charged me for two 6 inch subs instead of a footlong solely because I wanted the two halves of the sandwich wrapped separately. Their reason was "paper counts as inventory"

They also put in a lot less meat than they were supposed to and tried to make me pay 3$ for half a scoop more.

There's a limit to being stingy with money, and these guys have crossed it.

Really the only thing good was the sandwich, because it was personalized like always. The guy putting together my sub looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. He had to go get fresh cheese because they ran out in the bin, and he made that appear to be a huge chore for him. He put together my sandwich very slowly like he was half asleep. He did not cut my sub in half which is not a big deal, however I’ve never had someone not cut it. He did not put the seal over the paper on my sub to hold it, and did not put any napkins inside, offer chips or drink, and didn’t say one word to me.

This subway needs a serious revamp. Every time I go it's some problem with the employees there. Last time I went they took forever to make my one sandwich. And I fully support inclusive hiring but one of the employees is obviously mentally disabled and does not follow sanitary guidelines. I caught them doing something nasty.. but thankfully they didn't touch my sandwich 🤢

Yeah I'll just go to the Carrollton locations from now on.
