Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Awesome fresh food w/ the awesome quality you'd generally expect from a Raising Cane's. My only gripe is that I come here for my lunch break at sometimes, but it takes a few minutes for some of the younger associates to finish giggling/ socializing amongst each other and ring me up. I wouldn't care if the store was super busy or if I didn't have time constraints but the inside is usually empty when I'm at the counter to order.

Had issues with an incorrect order previously however the most recent issue is due to Under Cooked Chicken and Unhelpful Staff who didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The Manager Jason says he would have the GM contact me but I have yet to receive a call after almost a week already. Jason stated since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't get a replacement nor a refund. I have since found the receipt and tried to call back about the refund but they weren't answering the phone anymore (During Business Hours).You guys choose another place to eat and save yourself a headache. I don't know if it's all Raising Canes but the quality of food and service isn't what it used to be!!

always quick service but if all y’all serve is chicken and fries, my french fries should be running over not slopped on the small side of the to go plate. I feel like i shouldn’t see any styrofoam!!

Granted the food was hot. I payed for the box combo which is 4 chicken strips and only received 3. So I payed a higher price point but did not receive my proper order. There was also an inconvenience with the app which I won’t get into.I couldn’t go back to get it fixed because I had to return to work. Also I ordered an Arnold Palmer which was disgusting. There was absolutely no sweetness or flavor to it. It was unsweet tea, there was no lemonade present. Just overall not a good experience

I don't normally go to the Raising Cane's. I was with a coworker who was buying so why not? Turns out that I really like their sandwiche. This particular restaurant was clean, fast, and friendly. Overall I had a good lunch.

Love the atmosphere of this place, and the second you walk in your greeted by an employee. Food is always fresh, and get my order rather quickly. Place oozes customer service, and that's the number one thing customers look for in any food joint

They put hot chicken and fries in the box without foil paper. The box gets melted and it is not healthy. When I talked to their customer service about it they are like tell me your name so I can send you a free meal. I do not care about your gift card. I care about my self and people who eat that chicken without paying attention to that.

So good!! I just don’t like the music so loud. I’m an old soul lol
