I had travelled to Alabama for a high school fishing tournament and had an atlas jack plate issue. I contacted customer service and they went WAY above and beyond to help me get my son back on the water. Awesome company!

Great staff to work with. Awesome products and clean building

Poor customer service. I ordered a product of theirs from Bass Pro and they sent the wrong color. There was a note in the box stating the color I ordered was not available and if I didn't like the color they sent me to email them. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I called them and got someone who was not very friendly or helpful. I am really surprised at the lack of customer service since I've only heard good things about them - and their products are the best, I've been using them for 4 years, just never had to deal with a return.
