I came here out of convenience and found phenomenal customer service and a wide variety of dresses worth every penny. I am in love with my dress and didn't have to go anywhere else. I had a great experience working with 3 members of the staff (two in person). The woman I worked with initially read my mind and found me a perfect dress. They are very attentive via email as well. If you want a relaxing experience with delightful people, come here. :)

I have nothing but good things to say - they have been kind, patient, and helpful; providing top notch service and experience. I had a wonderful time trying on dresses during my dress search, and veils with my dress when it came in. All the staff were very responsive and helpful with all my questions and ordering process. After my first alterations appointment was made, COVID-19 hit and Lasting Bridal had to temporarily close. Because my wedding was in early June, they were unable to alter my dress in time due to business regulations in place. The manager, John, was more than accommodating to help me. He communicated with me directly, gave me terrific advice, recommended a great alterations business that was able to take care of me, and personally made sure to be there for me when picking up my dress. Once altered, he took my dress back to ensure it was steamed and ready for my big day in time. I highly recommend Lasting Bridal!

First of all we arrived early and they accommodated us with no problem. Jillian attended to us and she was absolutely awesome. She was very friendly, attentive and patient. After purchasing the dress, they were very responsive via email, answering almost right away. The dress shipped and arrived when I was told it would. My experience with them was excellent. I haven't tried on my dress as yet, I will in a couple days , but I'm hoping it fits as we expect.

The staff here is wonderful I have been to 3 other stores and none of them were as peaceful as Lasting Bridal! Hannah was so kind and extremely helpful! She is a master at clipping your dress so you can see exactly how it could look altered. I would 100% recommended them to any bride seeking a comforting experience while wedding dress shopping!

I went in for my dress appointment today and left early due to terrible customer service. Courtney was my consultant and when I had asked my matron of honor to help me put on dresses she walked right out of the dressing room and refused to help the rest of the appointment so the other consultant, Hannah, had to take over. I loved Hannah's customer service but due to Courtney's initial service I did not feel comfortable being there any longer and ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere.

I’ve been very intimidated and hesitant to go dress shopping because it’s not like I’m a size 0. I would be considered “midsize” I guess. I’ve heard of horror stories of women on the curvier side going dress shopping and having the worst and most humiliating experiences. After reading reviews I decided to try out this shop. From the moment I walked into the store I felt so welcome. Hannah was the stylist who helped me. She showed me all the dresses in my budget and styles I liked, and let me look around on my own to pick some out to try on. She could easily adapt and figure out what I would and wouldn’t like. She even suggested a different dress style than the styles I was trying on which were mermaid I think. The first A-line dress she brought me was THE one. I couldn’t stop staring at myself, I felt so pretty. I was surprised that I actually got a little emotional and teary eyed. It’s something I would’ve never taken off the rack to try on and that just goes to show how well she was able to read me and listen to what I liked. I could go on and on, but she was truly amazing, respectful, helpful, and just the best person to be there by my side with all this. (I went alone because my friends and family live far away). She even held my phone while I was FaceTiming my mom and took pictures for me. Dress shopping can get stressful and I was getting overwhelmed with the sizing, but Hannah really knows what she’s doing. If you read this entire review without making an appt then you’re really missing out. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place. YOU WILL NOT REGRET COMING HERE!!!!

My experience here could not have been better! Kristin was amazing and took her time to find out my style and my budget. She didn’t push a sale on me, in fact, quite the opposite. She spent a long time looking in the back for dresses that were discounted and was very honest about alteration prices when we talked final cost of the dress. She found the perfect dress for me in a matter of about 30 minutes and then offered to take pictures and find a matching veil. The customer service here is awesome and so is Kristin. Highly recommend!

If you are a bride don't buy your dress from here. You will have to deal with a nightmare after you pick it up. If you know what planning a wedding is like, the last item you want to deal with being a nightmare is your dress...

I was told I needed to go up a size even though the size I wanted wouldn't need much alterations. The sales girl said alterations would be around $200 and easy to do, so I was fine with that.

I was told I needed 8 weeks for their in house tailor to alter my dress. As a planner, I called 12 weeks in advance to make my alteration appointment and they told me their tailor quit and they had other places that could do the alterations. So, I called around to those places and others in dfw and it turns out everywhere needs more than 12 weeks to alter a
bridal dress. Also, everywhere I called quoted $500-$2,000 to make the alterations to my $800 dress. The alterations are so extreme due to how the dress is in one piece and the sales girl never mentioned this. In fact, she said there would be no issue at all with alterations.

After my nightmare, I am hoping I can prevent other brides from dealing with the same struggles. If your dress doesn't fit off the rack don't even bother with this shop.
