The service at royal Nation is horrible, I've had to deal with them because my kids soccer club only buys from them but if it was my choice I would not buy from them. In 2020 I had to go to the warehouse because I could not get in touch with anyone about my order, and when I was there, I walked in there but no one even acknowledged me, I had to walk around the warehouse until finally I found an office and talked to someone, at firstthe lady that I talked to was not welcoming and behaved as if she didn'twant to help me out. Now in 2121 I had to purchase from them again and my order was shipped but several items were missing and two items that were shipped were sent wrong and I can't get in touch with anyone after calling everyday for a week and after sending multiple emails, and I still don't get any response, it is very frustrating. Their phone goes straight to voice-mail and noone picks up or returns calls.
