I attended a Risse Brothers uniform event at my daughters’s school in July, 2018. At that time, they were sold out of the sizes I needed, so I paid for my merchandise and I was told my items would be shipped to my home the following week. All but 1 item was shipped, as the navy skirt I had ordered was back ordered.

I called Risse Brothers 2 months later when I had not received the skirt or been contacted by anyone. I was told that headquarters only shipped inventory to stores when they had enough demand for a specific size that it was worth doing. And, at this point, they had no idea when a skirt that size would be sent to their location. I asked for a manger to call me back to discuss next steps and options. No one called me back.

The following week, I called again and spoke to a store manager. I was told that he would call me back later that day after he verified what inventory was being shipped to their store. It is now one week later and I have not received my skirt or a call back from anyone. But this entire time they have had my money, but will not give me any idea of when or if they are going to fulfill my order.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend you get your uniform elsewhere. I will be speaking to the Headmaster of our school to see if we can contract with another company for our school’s future uniform needs.

Our school just switched from Parker to this place and it has the same supply issues as Parker did. After the second week of placing my order and not seeing a ship confirmation, I filled out their “contact us” form online, I emailed them directly, and I called. No response. I finally went into the store the week before school started and they had one of the skirts I ordered in stock, as well as the shirts I had ordered. How in the world do they have inventory and I have not received ANY of MY order? They said the rest of my order would be in the following Wed., and it would be next day delivery to me. It is Saturday now and guess what? No uniforms. Again, I went to the store and got the standard, “The truck should arrive at the store next week.”. This place is ridiculous.

Best in the Business! The owner Mr. Risse was on site during my visit and helped me with all of my needs! Couldn’t have asked for better service, or a better person to assist me.

No response, no customer service. Still missing items and can't get the manager to answer a VM or email.

I Hope you don’t have any issues or missing items because they have no customer service whatsoever. They don’t return calls or emails and when they finally answer the phone they have a really bad attitude. You can go spend hundreds of dollars and they don’t care to treat you like a customer because guess what? You’re obligated to buy your kids uniform from them whether you like the way they conduct business or not. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I drove 45 minutes to pick up my daughter's uniform and the Addison location was closed with a note on the door saying their systems were down due to inclement weather.

They should have left this message on their voicemail OR had someone at the location to distribute fulfilled orders.

Several people drove up in the 2 minutes that I was there. Being the only supplier of my school's uniforms, this company needs a better business resiliency plan.

The customer service is terrible. The store was not open on a Saturday, though the website stated it was. Manager randomly decided to change the hours with no notification. The web site lists the wrong uniform pants for 1st grade boys resulting in a very difficult process for me personally getting my kid in the right uniform especially with their unannounced Sat. closure. Then there were no pants in my child's size. It went on and on. Oh, and if you leave a message, do not expect a response.

Every business is understaffed and struggling. Being a business owner in the clothing industry myself I know the struggles lately of staffing, waiting for items stuck in production and Port, etc. The quality of the uniforms are great and the staff is too. Give grace for things out of shop owners control during these times.
