Auto Hans European Car Repair

I initially took my car to Auto Hans because they were highly recommended and I have been a customer of theirs for about ten years. They have a very clean shop, are experts in their field and they evaluate and complete the work in a timely manner. Their pricing is competitive and I have never had to return once a repair was completed. I recommend them enthusiastically, without reservation.

We were looking to buy a used BMW X3, but didn't have much time in which to do so. We stopped by Auto Hans unannounced - they were clearly fully booked but still took the time to give honest feedback about the model in which we were interested, and even hooked up the car to the computer to see if there were any alarm bells ringing. Not only were they gracious about the time, they gave pointers about possible things to watch for if we went through with the purchase. I can't sing enough praises about the attention to detail, thorough understanding of potential pitfalls, and in-depth knowledge about BMWs - this is a place I know I will get a fair deal and excellent service.

Great timely service. They also worked with my lifetime warranty provider to sort a covered repair for engine mounts. They made the process easy. Have used Auto Hans for several years and they do not disappoint. I would recommend.

I have known these men that own Auto Hans for years and they are HANDS-DOWN the best in the business!! They are priced very fairly and their work is outstanding. Had a phenomenal experience. Dealt with Mike who listened to what my issue was on my Panamera, found the issue within the time promised, repaired the issue and the repair cost less than expected. When I picked up the car, the car was freshly washed and cleaned. Will be taking my cars back there again.

I was told to go see Alex at Auto Hans by my friend, Greg. I took my Range Rover in to get a few things fixed. These guys went above and beyond. I just got my truck back cleaned and repaired. I owned a BMW x3 2013. I used to go there for about 2yrs but stop because I realize that this place was just out to get money. My car had a an issue that as long as you test drive it, you would notice it; It was the sport option that was defective. But the owner/mechanic kept saying he didn’t see it all because he wanted me to bring in the car for a spécial diagnose just for that. But then my friend referred me to another mechanic and there, upon driving it, he called me and told me about the issue, even though it was not the reason why I took my car there. Since that day, I never took my car there again. This people are also some kind of racist. Sorry to say that but is the truth. And also they are too expensive, be ready to spend $2000-$4000 every year with them. Today I own a Mercedes GLA 250 2017 and I take it somewhere else and I am very very happy where I am.
