Took my truck here when my catalytic converter was stolen as they are a State Farm partner business. For the first two weeks it was in the shop, I called almost everyday trying to just get an estimate for the work. Each day I called they would tell me they would call back at the end of the day, as my service advisor was “busy”. Turns out my service advisor was fired and no one had any idea what was going on with my truck.

It ended up taking a month to get my truck back from the shop with zero communication of what was going on/how long it was going to take. During this time I received 4 different estimates ranging from $1600-$4000 which goes back to no one having any idea what was being done to my truck (likely because they outsourced the work to NTB). The cherry on top was getting my truck back, driving 10 miles down the road, and the check engine light coming on. I took the truck to the dealership instead who just informed me all the work needs to be redone!

TLDR: If you want to be involved in a mystery game of having no idea what work is being done, how much it’s going to cost, or where your vehicle even is being repaired, choose Caliber Collision! Then be prepared to have all the work redone elsewhere at a more reputable repair shop of your choosing.

Caliber’s customer service and repair work is A-1. If you find yourself in need of repairs or a paint job, this is the company for you. Thanks Caliber…Vivian, Guillermo and William!

Lie after lie, photos of another vehicle sent to my insurance company. My vehicle was damaged in the front. They sent pictures of the rear undercarriage of another vehicle claiming this damage was previous. I’m a mechanic and went up there to address this issue. Hoping they just may have crossed pic to wrong account I pulled my truck and took to another shop. The second shop said it looks like my truck was never torn down. Do Not Use the Caliper Collision on Alpha rd and Preston. They have 15 yrs experience of being liars and fraudulent.

I had a great experience here. In all of the craziness of shortages and inflation, my car was fixed in a very reasonable timeline and budget friendly. It was a personable experience and I didn’t feel like just a number or profit opportunity.

Took into a new Calibre location as they had availability. That was a mistake. Repair was not quality. Trunk still does not pop open like it used to. Communication is horrible. Completion date kept getting pushed back with no explanation. When I finally called, they said they were waiting on a part. And it would be done on a Friday. Called Friday afternoon and they tell me the part that came in didn’t fit. (Would have been nice to get a heads up vs having to call and check). Said he’d call and get new part. Week goes by and said Friday it’ll be done. I show up and nope, not done. They’re now missing a couple pieces. Says the porter tossed them. He’ll start looking for replacements on Saturday and give me a call. Nothing. Had to call in Tuesday for an update …. Beyond frustrating. They can’t find replacement parts. Says if I can find them, they’ll pay me back. Are you kidding? You want my to do your job? They never found the part. They paid me for the missing parts, at their cost, never mind that it’ll cost me more to find them retail. Went to pick up car and trunk does not pop open when I hit the remote and is clearly binding when I try to close it. Says there is nothing they can do as I have no proof on how it worked before the accident - as if my word isn’t enough. He gave me the car and said he’d check with State Farm to see if they authorize the repair. Haven’t gotten a call back … time to call State Farm I guess

Dealing with repairs after an accident is never fun but the team at Caliber Collision made the process so easy. Korey was great about providing regular updates on the progress of my car. My car was finished ahead of schedule and looked like new. The wonderful lady at the front desk got me set up with a new rental appointment after my original rental company never showed up. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you!
