I stopped into this O'Reilly store a couple of weeks ago and they were so helpful. I had a headlight problem and suspected a fuse was out but didn't know for sure. A young African American gentleman helped me out and helped me get to the fuse box, where I could easily see the blown fuses. He helped me grab the correct ones and install them, so my problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. It cost me $4.32 instead of $140 to have a mechanic look at my car. I didn't catch this young man's name, but my receipt says "Orlandar". Thank you so much for the great service!

Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable did a good job helping diagnose as well as solve issue as opposed to overselling just for the sake of numbers.

WOW, just WOW - I wish I could give this place TEN stars!!

I have a model of car that's discontinued, and I lost my oil filler cap. An older gentleman (Al, I think) said they didn't have the cap I needed, but could give me one that'll do the job temporarily. He even cleaned up the hood a little bit, too! Sadly, when I got back to work and took it off to put more oil in, I lost my grip and lost THAT cap, too!

I came back here, and a blonde gentleman (I assume the manager) went COMPLETELY out of his way to help me find a solution. I had unfortunately bought the last cap that was somewhat compatible this morning, but they had ANOTHER temporary trick up their sleeve. The blonde gentleman took care of it for me, and all I had to do was pay for the part!

I feel bad for taking so much time out of these 2 men's days to help me with my problem, but they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all. I haven't the slightest idea what I would've done without them. Thanks SO MUCH you two - I will be recommending O'Reilly's to everyone!

The customer service is " PERFECTION PERFECTED " I'm not mechanically inclined but with Mr.Kramer assistance I'm felt like I graduated with a degree in Auto Mechanics 😁 Thanks

Staff here are so nice and helpful! William helped to order the right part. When I went to pick up the part, Elias (I think that was his name - curly hair guy with cool earrings) helped install it. They went above and beyond customer service! Thank you guys!

The staff is really nice and they always offer to help me use the product I purchase when applicable. For example, replacing a battery or even just windshield wiper fluid. I’m a driver who didn’t even know how to open the hood of my car. I didn’t get any judgement and the employee simply showed me how and proceeded to work. It made me feel so comfortable! Thank you!
