I went in for a diagnosis of what was going on with my car. Sherry was so lovely and honest, she explained to me what was going on with my car (it was the catalytic converter) she went over options and I got the best price I would have found for the repairs. I didn’t go through with the repairs only because I decided to get something new I wasn’t prepared to put that much money into the car I had. She was so kind when I picked it up and even recommended someone to help me find a new vehicle which has been wonderful. Good people know good people. I will be using her for any future car repairs or check ups. Thank you for your service and making me feel comfortable and confident in my choices ❤️

I love this place. They always do such a good job, and they are HONEST. They will work with you on the priority of what's the most important. When our son came in from SC, they got his car in, changed the oil and did a trip check. Thankfully, nothing needed to be fixed and he went on his way. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else!

They are super honest and efficient. I had a horrible experience at Toyota of Richardson and went to Addison Automotive and they did the door lock repair for half the price. I have a family friend that has used them for 20 years and highly recommended them. I can see why.

I purchased my used car a few years ago and inquired with the sales guy if there was a place he trusted his cars to besides the dealership and he gave me the name of this place. Fast forward to now, I decided to take my car in after having some issues. Sherry provided genuine customer service with great communication, and her team diagnose and fixed my car correctly the first time, which I was super appreciative and grateful for. This place is truly a hidden gem in Addison and even though I lived a ways from this location (Denton), it's priceless to me to have a car service place that you know will be honest and provide your car with 5 star service!

If you're driving in Addison and your front right wheel falls off your car (wheel, not tire), consider yourself lucky if you can get it to Addison Automotive Service. That happened to me and luckily they allowed me to have the car towed to the shop so I could get back to work and we could discuss more once they had a chance to look at the damage. Sure, replacing 21 parts that keep the wheels attached to the frame, the frame off the concrete, and the ability to steer and brake isn't cheap, but there was no better VALUE than Addison Automotive. I believe this because I discussed options in detail with the GM Sherry, who was way more helpful than just trying to sell me on the shop. I saved thousands compared to the dealership. She explained her experience and vetting process with different OEM aftermarket parts that was right on point with past experience and online reviews. The work done was absolutely top-notch. My car drives like it did 100,000 miles ago and I feel very fortunate to have found Addison Automotive Service to get the job done right. Thank you!

I am so impressed with Sherry and her staff. She is a remarkable person! She did a pre purchase inspection on a car I was considering and was so thorough and fair and helped me evaluate my purchase in a way I couldn’t have done on my own. Sherry was very upfront immediately about the price of the work done on my car and detailed why, while be incredibly polite and professional. Good honest work, considerate about my needs, didn’t try to oversell, just did exactly what I needed done. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family in the area. The service was great.
