Velvet Hookah Lounge

Velvet Hookah Lounge was the 1st stop of a Girls Night Outing. We arrived before 9 & was told that the cook didn't arrive until after 9. So we left, got food & came back. The place is BYOB, wasn't crowded & the DJ kept playing the same songs over & over. 🖓 It took a while to get our Hookah setup. The vapors made my throat scratchy & I really couldn't get into it.

I have been seeing this place for some time now but never seen a crowd of cars. I decided to visit on Monday as appeared an event is scheduled for local talent. So there's two different parties involved. No parking fee but $10 to enter by the hosting event. Nobody came for the promotion and so the DJ left early by 11pm basically taking the surround system as well so music was very low and with it empty not best experience so I would avoid this day to visit. Regards to the staff-hookah service the waiter was very helpful and attentive. It is BYOB so theres a fee spent $7 for two people. Ordered the mix which listed at $35 however by the time the bill came total was the total was at $70 (35 for hookah plus the byob fee $7, but also included a $18 gratuity and taxes) way more than I intended to pay. So even though the setup of the venue is nice there's a lot of fees you will end up paying and for us to be two of the only people in the venue and two sets of coal replacements you do better investing/using your own setup.

Decent hookah place, lots of seating areas, not the most comfortable sits though. They have lots of hookah flavors, ironically they were out of the one we ordered so we had to go with something else. Was supposed to be busy the time I visited but we were the only customer. Prices are ok, too.

I've been there last night after 4 years. Awful customer service, Our first head of hookah was with a lot of mint and when I asked the server to change it he was literally trying to convince me that I was wrong, and he was arguing with me and in start smoking our hookah with the same hose, finally he change the head, and The next head burned After smoking for 30 minutes becuase He kept putting charcoals in middle of the head like he doesn't know how to work in hookah lounge. We ordered black tea he brought us green tea. It was a very awful customer service and experience. I don't know what happened to that place but four years ago when I was there a lot of Persians were working there and it was really really great.

This is my spot! I love it here. Parking is good. BYOB. They serve hookah an Egyptian food.. Food is ok and clutch when you're toasted lol

The place had good food and the hookah was also nice but over priced for sure.

They overcharge me and refused to give me an itemized receipt, then threatened to call the police. The price of the items on the menu isn't correct and the staff is extremely rude. Will never go back

This lounge always play the best music , I love that it’s BYOB and free entry. The hookah is delicious!
