They put my brownie obsession toppings all in one container WITH the ice cream so everything was melted together when I received it. I was not happy with the way my dessert was packaged at all. There was also supposed to be a modification made to the JD Sampler to substitute the JD sauce for Buffalo sauce; however that did not happen. This was a disappointing ToGo experience.

This is one of my favorite and most consistent restaurants to go to after church on Tuesdays. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating and they take very good care of us. If you ever need late night eats, I highly recommend them.

It took 1 and 1/2 hours to get our food and it was burnt. If I could be 1/2 star i would. The manager said oh well I will fix it my daughter got 3 burgers that were bloody in the middle. Highly upset.

We had to order twice after already been seating at our table for 15mins 1st a man came took our order then manager name katt came said she was going to take our order right since he didn't thats what she said next she never brought appetizers then u could tell they were reheated tasted funny then my new York strip was cold and reheated the broccoli and mashed was dark and over cooked steak was hard couldnt even chew or cut it lol thats not it 2 big red ants in our food my baby could've been bite. Ordered a drink never got to our table but still was charged for it smh i would give yall a 1 star but todays service was bad when sometimes we are happy with the service but not today

TGI Fridays on Beltline was terrible.. the place was beautiful, but the service and food was awful. This was my burger after I had sent it back once.. in any restaurant this is unacceptable. The server didn't come back, we had to call over another server to help us, he was too busy talking with the other servers.. This was extremely unfortunate.. Do better..

9/1/22: We ordered the New SW Potato Twists and the Philly cheese steak burger. Both were full of flavor and were served Fast. Shannon, our server, was great. Another good experience! 8/14/22....Excellent experience with Eric our server. Tasty chicken sandwich and delicious chicken broccoli tortellini....... 7/30/22: We were greeted nicely at the door. Our server was super fast. The food was delicious! Thank you for a nice Dinner Experience!!! 7-9-22: we came for dinner, greeted, and were waited on by a nice waiter. We ordered the Sizzling Shrimp and Chicken. Thanks kitchen crew for the fast service and tasty meal! ; Older review: We were greeted fast and served in a short amount of time. The Whiskey Chicken Slammer with an extra side of their delicious cole slaw was our lunch of choice today. We were rewarded with tasty and filling meal that pleased us. Thank you Server Brittany and staff for a nice experience.

The service was spectacular and the food was delicious. This location has a revamped vibe from a typical TGIF location. This is by far the nicest TGIF we have ever dined at. Highly recommended to One and All.

We had such a great experience always love coming to this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very attentive and definitely not slow. We will always return to this TGIF. It’s located in a nice area and lots of stuff to do near by. Food is delicious yum! Highly recommend
