Really enjoyed the bowling experience, but the arcade area is very small. Many of the games were out of order, and if we hadn’t come on a Tuesday ($2 everything, including game cards worth $5 only cost $2! Great deal) it would have been very expensive. Highly recommend coming on a week day for less crowd and great special pricing

Hidden gem in Addison for families before happy hour hits and weekend parties take over. For adult groups and couples a good place to pre-game or a night out. Cool bowling alleys with fun drink options and traditional bar food offerings. Cocktails are on the sweeter side. Nice game floor as well. The night we went, Alley 4 had lots of re-set problems but the staff addressed it right away. Also, a few games were broken/not-working proper and again, our game card was quickly refunded. The virtual reality game is well worth the 13 points per person. We will be heading back as this is a great indoor option during sweltering heat.

I can honestly say I have never had such disrespectful customer service in my life. I planned my party ahead of schedule. I talked with the sales representative (Brooke) at least 7-8 different times before booking my party just asking questions and making sure everything was good to go. Everything seemed great i even wrote a review for her because she was being so helpful (at the time). On my actual party day I showed up about 10 minutes early to set up and prepare my for guest. As I was walking in I noticed there was not that many people there. As I go in to set up I see all the employees are huddle up. I ask our party server is everything okay. They mentioned that there were preparing for a buyout event. NO ONE ever mentioned this to me prior to me booking the event. As the party was starting our food did not come out till 4:35-4:45 and took a good minute to have more food come out when I asked why is everything going so slow I was told because they were getting ready for the other event. The adults that were ordering adult beverages were cut off at 5:30 again because they were getting ready for the “buyout”. As 5:45 comes around we have the manager (Jose) come and ask how was the party I told him I felt kinda rushed but I would bring this up with corporate and the sales manager he straight tells me “yeah you do that”. We tried to go play games after the party because that was apart of the package and he stops us tells us you need to leave you can’t be here anymore and starts taking down my sons birthday balloons and basically escorting us out. My husband had to carry our son out because he was crying that he couldn’t play games. As we were walking out we noticed there was a big sign blocking off the entrance that said closed to public. I had parents telling me the next day that they stopped by but saw the sign and thought the party was canceled. If I would of know all this a head of time I would of NEVER BOOKED HERE this is seriously how your going to treat your guest? Not only has this taken 4 days to get resolved but nobody really helped me. I’ve spoken to Brooke, Morgan and Michelle G. in the sales office I’ve left multiple messages for Olivia not once did she reach out and try to help. I received an email from Elena Martin was basically being called a lair. But please tell me why would I make this up? I don’t need to lie about anything I was treated unfairly and I am taking this experience extremely hard because my son was involved and I do not play when it comes to my kid. All we wanted was a good time and that was ruined.

Such awesome staff. Every corner was clean and well maintained. The drinks were strong and reasonably priced. We had a blast. I will be going back!

I love this place! It was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. It wasn't too crowded. Full bar. Large menu. Plenty of arcade games if the 36 lanes aren't quite enough! Employees are very friendly and helpful! Seriously this place is fantastic! Five stars across the board ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a place. Amazing experience . Very good food and tasty. The bar counter is best among all areas and the var tender is also very friendly and supportive. I feel that everyone who want to enjoy must come here. Moreover. The gaming arena is best. They have 3d, 4d, 5d games which really feel good they have ice hockey which is really fun to play. The bowling area is very neat and clean. They also play best songs and you can enjoy their music. They also have huge screen in bowling arena so while u do bowling, u can watch your favorite matches and songs. The staff is amazing and I felt it's totally a worth coming here again and again. You can also win tickets and then encase those tickets to get prizes. I believe this is the most fun, and loving area I even had in Dallas. I must suggest this place to every fun going person.
