Canmore shawarma

Didn’t expect a halal restaurant in Canmore, but we got this one! Beautiful location, tried their Shwarma, it was delicious. Most importantly, the employees were super nice! Loved the experience !

As a lover of shawarma, loved this spot in Canmore. The cook was not shy with the toppings and had a different style of shawarma wraps. For the price, it might seem a little expensive but it is totally worth it. The regular one seemed like the large one and I thought I would need 2 regulars to fill me up but 1 was sufficient.

We are planning to come here again before we leave Canmore. Highly suggest this place to anyone in Canmore who loves shawarma.

Delicious! Traveling from Tofino we needed a bite to eat along the way to Calgary. My girlfriend ordered and ended up with 2 chicken shawarma's for the price of 1. They made the order twice by accident and instead of keeping the second one they just gave it to us for free! Great service and very friendly family 👪

We heard from a friend that we HAD to try shawarma while in Canmore/Banff area, so after reading some reviews, we chose here.

I called ahead to reserve a table (lol, NOT the kind of place that does that). It's a no frills kind of place, counter service, hole in the wall kind of place (in other words, my kind of place).

We ordered the chicken and chicken and beef mix with a chicken shawarma. I was blown away, it was all SO good! So glad I tried it.

A great first stop on our trip and a real gem of a place. It doesn't look like much, but they do it right here.

We went to this location on our weekend family vacation. There was a misunderstanding about what we ordered. But the owner ended up refunded our money. Thank you.
The food was the best we’ve ever eaten compared to other shawarma we’ve ever went to. Right amount of sauces, generous meat, the flavour was so on point (usually, in other shawarma place, it was kind of “blah” for our taste) and the portions just kept me from another midnight “snacks” I usually eat after my dinner.
Highly recommended and also because the family who own and run that place was so friendly and nice. We definitely will go back there if we have a chance for another visit/vacation.

This is the place to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please try it if you’re in Canmore!! The restaurant serves the most delicious food ever.

Had the wrap one day and it was so good we came back the next day to try the rice plate. The wrap is great & it’s thin but chewy. The fluffy rice is seasoned perfectly. Can’t decide which is better cos both are super good.

The meat is so tender and perfect - it kinda melts in your mouth. Sauces are perfect to compliment everything. Garlic & sweet sauce, there is tahini too. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. Serving size is great. If you’re a big eater, this place is for you.

Lastly, the staff here are like very friendly. Wonderful people who make wonderful food, what more could you ask for.

We had a beef Donair, Chicken Donair, Veggie Samosa and shared a water. The Regular size Donairs were huge and full of flavour. The Best we've ever had. The Samosa also delivered great flavour. Can't wait to return for other dishes they offer. The owner was very friendly and appreciative of our business. Decor is simple but the clear mountain view was the icing on the cake. Great value in my opinion; the two of us filled for $28 + tip.

A delicious place to grab some comfort food on the road.

The large donair and shawarma are as big as your forearm and deliciously seasoned.

The Garlic potatoes were top notch !!
