The Grizzly Paw Pub - Downtown Location

Had a late lunch here on heated their patio, great view of the mountains. Nice selection on tap, I Had the Evolution IPA which I enjoyed. Had the Texas of Canada burger with French onion soup. Soup was okay, I enjoyed the burger it had a good kick to it from the pickled jalapeños. The bison patty was a little dry but that’s okay as it’s a leaner meat. Overall it was good food and service. Prices as average for a tourist destination.

We had lunch here on a Saturday, they were able to seat us quickly but that was the only speedy part of our visit. It took 20 mins for someone to come take our order.

We then waited quite a while for our food. Our meals were tasty but no one came to check that we had everything we needed.
We had our meals with no refills on drinks, we had requests for ketchup and napkins but did not have anyone come by.

Our server finally returned and brought us the bill. We are not sure if it was staff shortage or just our server. But tables were being cleaned and we were not being served.

food and service was great! the poutine is without a doubt the best in the area. and the root beer is so good 🤤 if you’re going on a warm day, beware that the upstairs gets pretty warm but that seems typical of restaurants in the bow valley. this location is definitely way better than the actual brewery location.

Very Nice place with good beer and tasty burgers with crisp fries and a bottle of good "ketchup". The waiters are great too.
We had "The Boss Burger" and "DJ's Bison Blue Cheese Burger". You can really taste the blue cheese. Nice.

The service is good! The food is fresh plus the location is great, very nice view. The buffalo dip is very yummy to start with, fries is freshly cooked, crunchy and the gravy really compliments the friea. The sandwich is so good, has a bunch of chicken and beacon on it. The fish n chips is also really fresh and it's so good. I also enjoyed the Korean fried chicken. This place is very busy but staff can handle it and they are very friendly. The portion of the food is so big I can't finish. Highly recommend this place!

It’s a super nice, friendly and popular place. We just wanted the first dinner in Banff was relaxing and comfort. And this is the place we wanted and did. The service is fantastic. Everyone is nice. They have a big outdoor seating. And in late August, it’s not cold yet. Very comfortable. The beer list is great. Many choices and you definitely can find the drink you want. We got the classic food, bleu cheese dipping and burgers. You can substitute your fries to salad. And even upgrade to Caesar salad. The size is good and the taste is amazing. We had the fun time there.

We were casually visiting Canmore & needed a bite around brunch time. I was pleasantly surprised with how filling the food was since the portion looked average. Clean space with patio & they have many alcohol drinks options as well.

Oh man this place offers a wide variety of craft beers. The environment is very cabin like, just a great place to be. Our server Kelsey was very friendly and professional. She makes sure that you are taken care of. Now lets talk about the food. Their burgers are amazing, the meat is not overdone and overall are mouthwatering. The portions are good and the pricing is well worth it. I ordered a poutine and the gravy was top notch! We are glad that we stopped in and tried this place out.
