The Danish Canadian National Museum

Gotta love Vikings! This place was a blast and fun for our whole family. If you are able, I would highly recommend their Viking Feast in August.

Food was great. There could have been more info about where some of the family's came from. A pronunciation chart for the food and the background on how those dishes came to be would have been fantastic. And no Trolls?

What a awesome place! The gardens are super beautiful, the food is delicious and the service is great. The place is fantastic to learn about Danish culture and Vikings. We definitely will be back.

Went to the Viking days and really enjoyed all the activities for the kids! The little trails were also easy to walk through. Reasonably priced for events too.

It was nice. Admission by donation. Some well preserved historical buildings and a lot of good replica buildings too. Give yourself a good 1-2 hours, there is a lot to see.

So much fun, love that Alberta has all of these cool little museums all over the place. Lots of fun here.

A hidden gem for photos, food and entertainment! The Danish culture inspires the menu and the history is elevated through the passion of their volunteers and staff. Whoever said museums are stuffy clearly hasn't visited the Danish Canadian Museum!
