Ponoka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Just bought a beautiful jeep from here. I am from the Edmonton area and I can tell you my experience buying here was relaxed and enjoyable. Jody was my sales person and he was fantastic, no pressure no gimmicks which is the opposite of buying in the city. Kyle was the finance person and he too made this effortless. I have never had such a smooth experience purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend anyone buying a vehicle to visit this dealership.

Worst vehicle purchase experience ever. Sales manager had no idea that the vehicle had been delivered to his dealership we were told he had no idea when it would arrive meanwhile it was in the process of being undercoated at the dealership. Husband was handed the keys and told "it's over there". Vehicle was no PDI'd at all. A brand new truck with overspray all over the box, marks from the factory all over the truck and a huge stain on the driver's side seat. I can not believe that this is the new standard of purchasing a vehicle. Ponoka Dodge you have lost any future business from us.

Absolutely awful experience. Extremely unprofessional. Booked an appointment to get my oil done, and after dropping it off, I had to remind them twice that I had the appointment. Even after the reminders, they forgot to get my vehicle in and pretty much told me too bad.

I went in to help my Mom get a vehicle appraisal. They have never done any buisness with us before but they gave us excellent customer service and treated us like family. I will be buying a car from them when I'm ready.

Never bought a vehicle here but Kyle and the team in Parts are some of the best in the industry. Super knowledgeable and goes the extra mile all the time. Great friendly staff

Thank you Ponoka Chrysler for doing such a great job on my air bags. I dropped off my truck there on Friday afternoon and they gave it back to me Saturday morning. Thank you Tom/Karin (staff) keep up the work.

WARNING>>>>After paying for a misdiagnosed transmission issue found my workvan which is loaded with computer parts & tools unlocked, they parked it outside for a FEW DAYS. What a disgrace of a dealership. NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS EVER AGAIN!!!! ZERO STARS FOR THESE CLOWNS!
