Stony Plain Chrysler truly goes above and beyond with their service! Amazing service from Start to Finish of the sale and even after the sale they still treat you like family if you any questions or concerns. I’m very impressed with my buying experience here! Claudio Brenman was my sales consultant, he was very easy going, not pushy and super knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a few new trucks in the past but this was my best experience to date. Financing will get you the best rates possible and good with the warranty packages! That brings me to the detailing department, I bought a black truck so it’s a challenge but Chris Gray-wheeler and the detailing department are outstanding! Got the extra warranty and had a few marks and scratches after getting the truck rigged up for work. They were happy to clean it up, fast and do an awesome job!
So all this being said I’d highly recommend Stony Plain Chrysler over any other dealerships! 11/10

Just bought a new truck from stony plain. In this market it has been hard to find the one I wanted. But over the last month they kept me updated as new trucks came in. Till the one I liked showed up. I was out of town so put a no rules deposit on the truck to hold it with no questions if I decided not to take it after seeing it. But it turned out to be the perfect truck. Thanks again. Hope to have a similar experience when I am ready for the next one.

I ordered a new hellcat, the interior had numerous scratches, they replaced the panels under warranty. What made it interesting is it was winter time and instead of me driving the car over and getting it dirty, they sent the technicians over to my garage to do the work. Definitely went the extra mile!!

Amazing staff!! Adam and Katie went above and beyond in the purchase of our 2021 jeep gladiator!. Phone calls every step of the way to keep us up to date. Most friendly and awesome staff. Definitely will be a repeat customers!!!

I absolutely enjoyed the buying process! No pressure at all, which is the key to me. I hate pressure from sales people, which Katie was far from away. She had an open ear and on top got every detail done like I wanted on my new truck especially the 4 holes for the 5th wheel ;)
I know that every business will have people with good and bad experiences but at Stoney Chrysler I saw that they really try to go far than beyond for their Clients!

Just picked up our new truck from Stony Dodge. it was a good experience. not the usual sterotype car sales. honest sales people. no scams or pressure sales. i went through Katie Flagler. I would recommend her to other customers.

This has to be the worst dealership and service centre. When I first purchased my vehicle the sales man was great, however as soon as I was sent to the finance department my purchased turned sour. The sales woman Nicole was extremely pushy and aggressive. A week after I purchased my Jeep I had it detailed, by any outside company, who informed that the hood had two dents that were repaired by pushing the dent from the opposite side and adding touch up paint to cover it up. I was terribly upset that they attempted to pull this and the only person who appeared to understand how under minding this was, was Darryl from service. He told me he wanted to make it better and show me that this was not how this dealership typically operates. I believed him because he appeared genuine and kind. It has now been 2.5 years and every single time I have had to come in for routine maintenance there is some kind of problem. Most recently, I took my Jeep for an oil change and when I got it back my leather seat was ripped. I immediately called Matt from service and was told he would take care of it. It took several weeks and multiple phone calls by me to find out how this would be resolved. Jason from service told me that he was embarrassed that I kept being overlooked and said he was surprised that I was still giving them my business. He told me that Matt had been sick but agreed that the file should have been passed to someone who was there. Almost three weeks later I finally got an appointment and regretfully decided to purchase tires from them at the same appointment. I was given a loaner, luckily because yet again there was an issue getting my Jeep back. I was told that my vehicle would be delivered to me the following day. With all of this I was not willing to pay over the phone without seeing the completed repair. Matt needed to be reminded that the service center was responsible for damaging my seat. I was shocked to hear that they used my extended warranty to repair their mistake and began acting as though this all was a favour… I am now realizing why I was strong armed into the extended warranty, so their service centre can use it to fix their mistakes.
It is because of this subpar service that I will no longer give them my business and I will take it upon myself to inform everyone I come in contact with to highly discourage them from ever thinking of dealing with this outfit. After this long, I am highly doubtful that there is anything that this dealership can do to change my mind about how unprofessional and shady Stony Plain Chrysler Jeep truly is .

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee at this site. The team is amazing! They are so welcoming and very friendly while very professional. The sales representative who assisted me Vinny Sachdeva was very good. He made the entire process very educating and interesting. Vinny explained everything to my satisfaction. Trong in finance is exceptional. Keep up the good work bro! The Director was also good in aiding the entire process as he chipped in with incentives. Guess what? I ended up buying a second Jeep because of the hospitality at this place. I also love my new ride!
