The Miro Apartments

The best apartment I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building. High quality rooms and high quality service. Staffs were very hospitable. I had a great experience with the Miro Apartments.The rooms were wonderful, clean, spacious and perfect for our family. I also loved the fact that we had balcony in our apartment. Also, the property is located in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right near to all the amenities, so you can walk to everything. It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.Will recommend to my colleagues!

I haven’t even checked in yet but I just have to give a moment to praise the lovely receptionist Meridith! I made a booking through a third party and she was more than happy to convert my booking to a direct and accommodate an even greater deal with the adjustments that needed to be made. First impressions go a long way and I can’t wait for my stay - thank you Meridith!

Good size apartments for a longer stay. WiFi was fast and easy, parking provided and when I locked myself out, I discovered they even had security on site overnight to help me.
The location is the BEST, with easy walk to nearby cafes a nd restaurants, the ferry services only a few minutes walk.
We were surprised for the value for the value for money we got in the location and would gladly returnn

Wasn't what we had expected our understanding was we had booked into Atrio apartments, as I had called Atrio apartments phone number directly.
The apartment is in need of refresher, the lower bedroom doesn't have a door, it has a sheer curtain which needed a good clean as it's stained.
There was some previous damage in the apartment that needs to be addressed.
The main complaint I have is not having hot water, I spoke to staff the next morning and they did follow up however only the bedroom downstairs and the kitchen improved, upper bedroom shower you needed to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to have a very lukewarm shower.
On check-out I spoke to the reception about my concerns, the reply was (it looks like you got the faulty towers apartment.)

We stayed at Miro for a month and had a great time, apartment was a good size, location was fantastic and management was very helpful, would definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.

Great apartments with fabulous balcony. Great location and friendly staff.
I would have given higher rating if the showers had half decent pressure. Was barely more than a trickle. Also beds need either replacing or putting a thicker mattress topper on. I could feel the springs.
Other than that, I loved its quirkiness. Kitchen was awesome

Service was great. Rooms are a bit dated and plastic handles on washing machine etc were dodgy as; I had to call maintenance to come and fix the handle - he was awesome and very polite and did a great job on fixing it so I could wash my clothes. Another staff member even took my clothes and washed and dried them in his own room before I got it fixed! Incredible service and so friendly and polite. Lovely people. Location was brilliant. Security was top notch! Felt really safe. Bed's mattress and pillows need updating. All kitchen appliances were great. TV needed cable or access to Netflix or similar but balcony was nice to have. Bathroom had a bit of mould in the shower and the cleaners didn't do a top job half-way through my stay - it was quick and very simple - a bit lax if you ask me, but the bedding was changed and the bed was wonderfully re-made. The water pressure was amazing everywhere except the shower - definitely needs a new shower-rose/fitting. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and patient at the front desk and I would stay here again, hoping that the things I have mentioned are addressed sooner rather than later.
