Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel

Was a good place to stay, The only down side was the shower curtains that stick to you while you have a shower. Room was clean and had a good amount of stuff in the kichen to cook with. Staff were very friendly and easy going as well.

Check in was simple even though we were checking in outside of reception hours. Our room was clean and styled nicely. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that the soaps, tea, etc were sourced from local Australian companies. It was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great with lots of local restaurants and shops just outside in the same complex or a short walk away. Parking was easily accessible.

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay here as the day I was to fly to Brisbane I was diagnosed with a health issue that prevented me from flying. Hannah was fantastic and said if they could re sell the room they would give me a refund. Within an hour Hannah rang back and said the room had been sold for the 3 days I had booked it for and they would refund me in full. That is what you call service. And rest assured when I next go to Brisbane I won't be staying anywhere else but here.

The noise level from outside is next level !!!! Nearby bar music until 2am and all night loud traffic noise.
Double glazed windows is defo a requirement for this hotel.

The room on 4th floor was basic and had the essentials and was clean. Lacked a soft furnished / cosy feeling though.

If you are after a quiet night sleep, I’m sure there are ‘ double glazing ‘ quieter options around.
I’d never choose to stay here again due to noise level.

Great location, surrounded by bars and restaurants and walking distance to the mall and shopping. A big thank you to the resident managers Jordie and his wife couldn't not have been more welcoming and helpful. Definitely the place to stay in Brisbane.

The people managing the business are pleasant, courteous , respectful and go out

their way to make your visit enjoyable.

The rooms are consistently clean, containing all the needs that we require . Beds, pillows

kitchen appliances all comfortable and work .

The Arrivals , departure system works well with no fuss . Parking secure and convenient .

If there are any concerns relating to the rooms or other matters the staff listen

the matter is taken seriously and rectified as soon as it is practical and possible to do so.

We are repeat customers because of the information above and it is consistent, reliable ,

no fuss and pleasant people to do business with which is important to us as small business

owners ourselves.

This time it wasn't me. I treated my grandnephew to a stay on his way back to The Netherlands after his visit with me. However, I have used The CBA Hotel many a time and will always continue to do so. Location, cleanliness, maintenance and friendly staff make it a delight to stay when in Brisbane.

APPALLING!!!!!!! My mother left her ring in the apartment, called after check out. They said there was "no ring to be found".
But this took them over 24 hours to return the call after we kept calling and being put on "hold".

Where is the ring?...It can't just disappear can it??....
