Fantastic service and and amazing blinds. Michael helped us choose the correct blinds and colours for our windows. Guy did a great job fitting and ensuring we were happy with our blinds. 5 Star service and products.

Disappointing Experience
Measurement for vertical blinds, were not done properly.
When the new blinds were installed, the new brackets couldn't cover the old bracket holes as the drops was measured to short. Something pretty basic they should get right.
They would not be accountable or take any responsibility. They said " you were there when we measured" Really !
The finished look didn't look that great anyway.
Go with someone else!

Wonderful experience with Premier from the start. They were quick to organise coming out to arrange a quote and gave great advice. Speaking with Michael, Guy and the office staff was always easy and a pleasure. Thank you so much, the awnings look amazing.

One of the owners came to quote and was very arrogant, condescending and not at all interested answering questions to inspire confidence. Instead chose to be confrontational and defensive. It was a very unpleasant experience. I am surprised they treat potential customers this way. So glad I found out early they are like this.

Professional Prompt service from the very first call, dealing with an Australian products is a win/win.

I love my new bedroom shutters!
I can tilt them so neighbours cannot see in and the morning sun blocked out for heat, but still nice and bright.
Had a block out roller blind before and so dark and clang against the window if windy.
I am so happy! I am renting, but still worth the investment.
Mary did measure up. She was lovely!
And Guy fitted them, no mess and fit perfectly.
