One of the most helpful retail outlets I have been to.
I have had a particularly difficult problem with 2 color matches and nothing was too much trouble for James ..... exceptionally helpful.

Will not be coming back.Spend around 15k the last 2 year some of the staff are friendly and helpful
Couple of bad apples in there rude and arogant and disrespecful .I believe that Dulux paint is the best around but i have had enough of the treatment and no I am not bitter or bad mooded costumer but I had to to write this review to get rid of my anger and frustration. I am done with newstead store
