I am a hobbyist not a builder making a small purchase but I was still made to feel like a valued customer. Liz went out of her way to give me all the help and advice I needed. She was amazing. Very happy with product price and quality. Wilson Timbers gets 5 stars from me.

Friendly staff (who, unlike Bunnings, actually help you).

Most sought after timber in range in stock.

Pricing reasonable.

Dislike the greed by management to charge for using credit card. They blame the bank but it's a charge directed to be applied by management (which makes it hard to accept). When the charge was applied, they didn't drop their prices accordingly!!!

Erin at Wilson's has been awesome in providing product advice and pricing, in a very timely and co-operative way, for my new decking project.

Called for 2 sizes in CFC sheets, had to tell the lady that answered the phone 3 times what I wanted, then came back and said they don't stock one size i would have to take the bigger one and cut it, to hard to order it in I guess, not helpful at all. Go to Versace Timbers much more helpful.

Yeah it's a real timber yard, won't now how much we will miss these places once there gone. Sure bunnings are everywhere and handy but you do pay a price.. on cost and ultimately no competion..Bunnings aren't cheap and they don't own the stock..it's a holding warehouse till it's sold..not even sure that bunnings owns the land.
