Never buy from these people again. Pressured into buying before the end of year sales and led to believe I could return or exchange items if they didn't suit. Turned out the so called sale continued after the end of financial year. Asked to exchange or return a small part of my order and was told they do not do returns and they could not get want I wanted even though they had them listed.
Manager/owner promised to return my call and never did, after numerous attempts he reluctantly spoke to me which was a complete waste of time because he cared about nothing, didn't want to listen at all.
They appear to trade under different names so you never know who you are really dealing with.

Buy with caution, they say everything is made in the UK which is no true, they are way over priced and you can get the same products at half the price if you put the effort in to shop around.

Terrible after sales service, very unfriendly manager with the attitude of "don't waste my time"

Fabulous selection great service

Bought a cast iron bath 4 years ago. The enamel has come away and actually ripped. Expert advice received ... the bath is painted not enamelled as advertised. Contacted company and absolutely fobbed off. Their 15 year guarantee is not honoured. Have also found others that have had the same issue. If anyone else has also had issues please reply to this review as I would like to organise legal action against the organisation. Would be more powerful if it is a class action.

Poor website design. Cant search any products unless you sign up to the mailing list.
