The product I bought is just beautiful- and yes it’s a washing machine but it was perfect- I still can’t figure out why it was a factory second. so wrapped with my experience highly recommend Queensland Home Appliances

Purchased a factory second washing machine for a great price. They even delivered same day within a couple of hours! Great service and quality products. Love that you have the option of factory seconds or secondhand!

We bought the exact dishwasher we had been eyeing at nearly 1/3 off RRP. And had it delivered within 4 days! It was advertised as a factory second but honestly the product was perfect. The owners manual however looked quite beat up. I can only assume something happened to the original packing so it couldn't be sold as new at retail. The owner delivered it fairly early in the morning and was a delight. Thank you so much!

We brought two appliances back in July 22, a washing machine and a fridge, we have had nothing but problems with both. We are almost in October and we are still not able to use either. The amount of time and money we have wasted is incredible. They did come with warranty but so far we haven’t been able to use either properly as they either don’t work or have been away being fixed. They return and work for 2 days then another issue arises and we have to call a technician out again. Instead of taking ownership the QLD home appliances has tried to push it back on the company trying to fix through warranty however its not their fault at all. QLD home appliances keeps giving us a run around and will not help us out. Do not recommend buying product from here.

Just moved Into brisbane.

A brand new fridge was gonna cost me around $800 brand new from Harvey Norman, went and seen qld home appliances and they hooked me up with a fridge+washing machine for even less,

Fridge works great and so does washing machine, the guys even sorted me out with cheap delivery + installation and were easy to deal with, will be going back next time I need more appliances!
