Chemist+cafe+giftshop+medical centre. This is one stop service for your convenience. UFS membership will give you more benefits from discount, bargain price and promotion. Great staff and coffee.

Attrocious. They issued me with not only the wrong strength but the wrong type of medication. Very dangerous and as it is meant to build in my system, i am in excruciating pain and 4 days later i still dont have my correct medication. Be very wary and always check your medication

UFS has been here for over 40 years and still offers good service. The Bridge Street mall has lost its lustre over the years but the UFS pharmacy is still going strong with prescription dispensing and general health advice

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I choose to have my prescriptions filled here, even though there are about half a dozen pharmacies closer to me.

I was having difficulties in store and was helped and served by Stacey, she was very lovely and offered great customer service. Would recommend, very happy with how I was treated :)

Dont go here to get a whooping cough vaccine, our experience was such a hassle. Clearly there is no store wide consensus on what the procedure is.
Called up on behalf of my mother in law and fiance to ask if we needed to book an appointment. Was told they just did them as walk ins.
Mother in law went in the next day (Wednesday) and was scoffed at saying she needed an appointment.
She booked in to get it done Thursday.
I walked in to book my fiance appointment the next week and was served by lovely lady who said I didn't need to book in, it was just Wednesday you may have to and that they do them like you would a script. Order, wait and get called up ect. Fiance goes in Monday at 10am the next week and was once again told he needed an appointment. They also stated that they didn't have any on hand and would need to get some in so he booked in for 2:30pm for when they would have some. He comes in is left waiting for over 20 minutes. Overhears another customer say they need a whooping couch vaccine and the ufs worker saying "oh lucky you, it's the last one." Luckily he spoke up and said that he was waiting otherwise he would have missed out. Think they should come up with a better system.
