Prices always cheaper than most other chemists. Only one other chemist has same compatible prices, but they are in Melbourne.
No cheap chemist further north from Ballarat towards where I live, so only shop here once in a while.

This is our go to chemist, helpful advice with scripts and all the essentials at good prices. I regularly take vitamins and they stock a huge range of brands, so looking for bargains is helpful on the wallet. Although they're not close to us it's worth the extra travel and Aldi is just across the street.

Very busy pharmacy but also extremely helpful and efficient operation.
Highly recommended.

Incredibly slow even when quiet. Not exactly the pinnace of efficiency either.

I’d been working hard all day and needed to unwind with my favourite beer and bath bomb combo. First I went to the nearby bottle-o and picked up a VB longneck. Then I strolled down to this chemist warehouse to get my VB bath bomb. This particular establishment was well stocked so I could have a bit of a sesh. Was extremely relaxing especially after doing my newspaper run all morning.

Terrible service, especially for click and collect.
Enjoy awkwardly waiting at click and collect counter for 5 - 10 minutes while no one serves you or acknowledges you. The lady at the counter was serving nobody but instead of serving me just ignored me and then called another worker to click and collect. Where is the commmon sense? Finally, once nobody came did she decide to serve me. This exact situation has now happened on two separate occasions. It would have been quicker for me to get the items of the shelf and go to counter which completely contradicts the supposed convinience of click and collect.

The store feels s bit cluttered as the shelves are too close together .

Always helpful and friendly staff. Have 99.9% of what I need. Great price point.
