A few months ago I found that my Amcal pharmacy had become Ramsay's. What a difference. There is rarely ever the same pharmacist, they are so slow I put my scripts in the day before to try to cut down the waiting time. They have a different procedure every time, one day they will give you a slip to bring back other times they don't, they can't seem to make up their minds on how they are going to do this. Today I was told at the checkout that I still owed payment for scripts I got in August so apparently they hadn't taken it off their system as I had definitely paid, they also require you to take no charge medication from the person at the counter and go to the checkout to have it taken off the system. Double work for them and more waiting time for me. PLEASE COME BACK AMCAL.

i get all my scripts here on a monthly basis.the pharmacists and staff are always pleasant, helpful,and I always get a smile.thankyou very much for your service and help.jay westrup.

Some random old chinese lady (who wasnt in uniform) chastised my girlfriend who had dry lips saying it's because she'd "been eating" and told her not to eat or drink for 4 days! Not sure if the experience was insulting or hilarious.

They were really helpful when we had an urgent medical need. Went out of the way to help us.

Booked my flu shot online. Very easy. Nurse was lovely and delivered a pain free injection. My arm was hardly sore at all afterwards.

Visited the chemist on Saturday absolutely the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever come across in my life. I would steer clear of this chemist if it was the last thing I could do, absolutely appalling disgusting ridiculous and rude! Zero stars
