Worst chemist ever, first time I got them to order in my diabetes sensor, called 3 days later to find out that they weren’t even ordered. Ordered them again last Thursday, got told they would be on Friday, didn’t receive a call so called them. Lady apologies and said they would be in Monday, again no call or anything. Went in today because surely they are in, NOPE. Again absolutely no communication whatsoever from them.
Definitely will not be back

Always very clean whenever I go in. Wide variety of stock and the friendly staff are always willing to help with any enquiries you may have. Very good parking also- both on street and in a free carpark adjacent to the entrance.

This chemist has really dropped off in service. No one at scripts waiting yet after waiting 45 minutes was still not ready, had to go away and come back later. Then to have a Doctor prescribed script being questioned as to my needs. Won't go back now.

Always shopped here in the past, so far so good until today. The security was behind me all the time as if I’m stealing something, like what in the world is he doing. I mean what’s the category you need to be able to shop freely without anyone tailing you?

So, if you want to shop with that security behind your back all the time, good luck!

Needed to get an assortment (6) of supplements. Sales assistant McKenzie just took me to where they were ALL located in different aisles.

Horrible customer service. Very rude pharmacists who were doing nothing but talking to each other

They have LOST my prescriptions which were sent by another pharmacy. I am desperately waiting for my meds. It's way past time and I am getting more agitated. They received my meds Friday before 6pm hand delivered yet each day I have been calling only to be told "nope nothing here. Ring other Pharmacy ". This morning I find out that yes they did get them and someone will look at security footage!!!!! Just not good enough Chemist Warehouse Sebastopol 😭😭
