After-hours pharmacist was very rude and thought she knew better than a doctor, for an over the counter product, which she just refused to dispense. Had to drive to another pharmacy in Lucas that was shutting up for the night but was still served and received the same product no worries. Will not go here again after hours, there are other pharmacies around open until 10.

Attempted to phone pharmacist between 830pm to 9pm August 10/8/22 , 3 times to make an enquiry about my prescription medication. Their answering service advised me to wait for my call to be taken by a member of staff, however on 3 occasions, I would wait 10 minutes only to be hung up on. Call declined. I wasn't able to make an enquiry, which begs the question, why am I paying a UFS pharmacy an annual membership when they can't even manage to take my call? My hope is that whoever owns/manages this pharmacy delves into why this is so, and checks their work rosters to see who was ignoring phone calls tonight.

I have had many good experiences coming into UFS pharmacy even at the busiest of times the staff are always very helpful and pharmacists are happy to answer any questions, very knowledgeable & professional staff.

I was in hospital this morning and needed something from UFS delivered to my room ..
It is a Sunday and no delivery and the kind and most thoughtful Pharmacist ' offered to drop it off to me after he finished his nightshift at 8am ..
Such a wonderful person to do such an act of kindness....

This place and business is a scam. They charged me $38.00 in total for generic brand prescriptions that usually cost me $25.00 elsewhere for name brand. To then ring head office and be told to expect a call from operations to "explain to me the costing process". I had an experience three months earlier at the same location whereby they made me sign up for a membership for "discounts" after waiting 45 minutes for my prescriptions then to be told you don't receive discounts on prescriptions. I will not be giving them a third chance and will warn people of their daylight robbery.

Got an e script filled here a month ago and never got my repeats sent back to my phone so today when I called to enquire as I needed it filled the girl I spoke to on the phone was very rudely insistent that I did not have repeats and working in pharmacy myself I asked her politely could you please check the original e script to confirm. She snapped at me very angrily insisting that she did and refused to believe me even after I asked her why the girl who scanned the script when I got it dispensed originally would ask if I wanted the repeats sent to my phone if I didn’t have any. After realising I wasn’t going to let it go she finally offered to transfer me to the dispensary so they could “deal” with me but apparently I would have to hold for 20-30 minutes so I said sure. After being on hold for 10-15 minutes someone else answered the phone and informed me that my script DID in fact have repeats. Working in the same industry I can understand things can be frustrating when you think you’re right but you should NEVER snap at a customer or speak to them the way I was spoken to and maybe next time she might just consider referring to the pharmacist to confirm.

Nothing much to say apart from they didn't have the medicine I needed, so ended up driving all over town at 10pm trying to find a chemist who had some.
