These guys go above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service and support. They've delivered medications when needed and helped with emergency scripts and nothing is ever a bother. I haven't seen customer service like this for years!

I've had a horrendous experience with other pharmacies in Ballarat, so when I randomly decided to stop by this pharmacy without much expectation I was blown away by their service. I cannot stress enough how efficient and knowledgeable Nam is. He was very patient and answered all my queries! The staff were also polite and very accommodating with my needs.
