We have stayed at this resort 3 times. There is a lot to do at the resort and surrounding area. The pool is nice. The mini golf is a tad worn down, but still lots of fun, the "house" has all that one needs for a little time away. Full kitchen, one bigger bedroom with a queen sized bed, another a little bit smaller room with 2 twin beds, 2 full baths both with tubs, a full kitchen, heat and A/C, comfy couches and recliner/rocket. There is no free wi-fi, but that wasn't too big a deal for us. I recommend this place, and hope to be back again someday.

Great place for family vacation with comfortable accommodations and well equipped kitchen.

The only disappointment was the recommended restaurant at the entrance. Checkout day we decided to give it a try. They had no lemon for water, I could live with that they had no cream for coffee, not even the powdered stuff, hmmm, they had milk for coffee. By this time I'm thinking probably 2% at best, it would take too much, okay, no coffee. Can I please get a glass of ice water. I was done when I was told there was no ice. My recommendation breakfast or lunch for sure Sawmill Restaurant just outside Davis. Did us nice, twice.

Clean, well equipped townhouse. Pleasant staff although the maintenance staffer did not wear a mask when he brought batteries. We got a total of 18 inches of snow from three storms. Parking lots were plowed very quickly, followed by the sidewalks. Location is close to ski resorts and state parks as well as the towns of Davis and Thomas.

We’ve had a timeshare at land of Canaan for nearly 40 years. We enjoyed very much. The accommodations are very comfortable and it’s so easy to get to the ski slope or the parks. My two complaints are, the Wi-Fi is not only not free, it’s expensive and it doesn’t work. I paid for a week and had to delete it and use my data plan. In previous years it worked very very poorly. I kept having to log back in and it was slow, but this year it was just nonexistent. My second complaint is that they just installed an indoor pool and it is so tiny that it is clearly intended for children. It would be great if there was also an indoor hot tub. There’s an outdoor hot tub at the top of the hill, and the windiest coldest spot they could’ve possibly chosen. They were building a brand new building for the pool, and no indoor hot tub? This place is intended for skiers, hikers and outdoor sports enthusiast. In other words, all the people who would want to use a hot tub

Recently remodeled. Clean and quiet. Close to ski resorts. They have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, putt putt golf, basketball hoop, and jaccuzi tubs. You can borrow books and DVDs. Nice people. Behind the condos is Mountain Trails riding stables.

Land of Canaan Vacation Resort in Is RCI timeshare resort. It has 42 , 2 story units in a U shaped configuration. There is lots of open space. This is an older vacation resort but the interior of our unit was well kept and clean. It met our expectations. The exterior of the units needs maintenance attention.
There is a breakfast restaurant at the entrance to this resort which is very convenient. There is also a a horse riding stable directly behind the resort. The tennis courts are in very poor condition with grass growing along the court lines.
The unit was well stocked with everything you need but some of the items such as the can opener and knives needed to be replaced.
TV reception was very spotty. We were here during a rainy week and that may have been part of the problem.
Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and are planning another trip back next year with our family.

We stayed in G6. While it was a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our visits to all of the state parks in the area.

Older ski resort property that has well maintained units. The activity areas are old as well and not as well maintained, but functional. Sunsets n Sunrises in Units EFG are spectacular! Hot tub was in excellent condition.
