fast, clean, friendly staff, food came out right, hot and even got special requests correct. dining area was clean, modern decor and not too busy so you could easily find a seat you liked

Todays crew did a great job. The food quality and portion size was right on the money. Buchannon’s crew needs to be trained here👍it’s sad I drive to Elkins for a good Taco Bell

I've boycotted this establishment because the service and the management. It took almost an hour to get the right stuff last time and the manager was not professional at all.

Me and my sister came in the Elkins location on 10/4 at around 11:15am. We stood at the counter for a good 5 mins we were walked by twice by a manager with a clipboard she did not bother to stop what she was doing and take our order or let us know that their fryers were down. So we ordered on the kiosk beside us. These people waited until I placed my order and then proceeds to tell me that their fryers are down. For one someone should have told us to begin with that the fryers were down. I asked for a refund. My order total was $25.18. The lady had me stick my card in and I’m assuming issued a refund but I still have yet to receive it but I will give them the 24 hours.

The workers at the drive thru are so sweet. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Quick and efficient. Only downside is they should allow call ins especially when their app doesn't want to work sometimes. I ordered 20 tacos for me and my coworkers and I kinda felt bad I couldn't call it in ahead of time so the employees didn't have to rush with a packed drive through.
