The store has dirty tables and floors
The female worker had painted finger nails that can poke thru the cheap gloves.The food was horrible. Obviously owners need to really push to better his store and make better choices when hiring employees.

Very good wrap, steak and cheese w/ chipotle sauce on a tomato basil wrap. Fresh , husband really liked it and he is a Big Mac kinda guy!!

People who worked here were terrible could not even make a sandwich! Manager sucked! People skills were good but they don’t know how to do there job

We stopped at the Subway on grand Central and as we went in the clerk was sitting at a table coloring in stickers (probably for subway sandwiches). We were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! The clerk said I’ll be with you in a few minutes as she continued sitting at a table coloring. Then a male worker came from the back - did not even acknowledge us at the counter waiting - and began to talk with the clerk who was coloring at a table. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen - so we left as we wanted to get our lunch before dinner time!!!!

Good food, had a coupon and saved money. Only one person working at that location. She did a great job. 3 foot longs, and 2 six in. subs.

Worst service I have had, will not being coming back. Assistant manager talking about how she just wants to walk out. Not friendly at all.

Zack was super fast and nice.

Food was not done in time from online order, waited 15 extra minutes. Subs were cold, drinks were flat, and gave the wrong chips. Do not recommend
