Taco Bell

This is a review for Taco Bell.....it is what it is....warm food if you're lucky, a clean table would be nice and friendly service shouldn't be out of the question. Oh....and would it be to much to ask that the soda machine work?

Havent been to this location in years. decided to give it a shot again, and i regret it. Ordered a chicken chalupa, and a few others items, no tomato on the chalupa. It showed up as no tomato, on both the machine, and the receipt. Buit guess who got tomato's on their chalupa?! Yep. me.

The chalupa itself isnt even worth it. was 97% chalupa bread, 1% lettace, .5% chicken. (there was a few tiny pieces in the middle) and .5% sauce and 1% tomatos. The place wasnt even busy, seriously one person came in after me, 1 person was in drive through. so no clue how they messed this up. The guy that brought the food never called my name either.

Save yourself some disappointment, visit the 7th tacobell.

Waited 10 mins in the drive thru. Got out of line went inside since there was ONE person waiting. Ordered. 3 more families came in. They left with their food while we still waited. Waited 30 mins still no food. My husband waited another 10 mins at the front counter for an employee. Asked for a refund and left. Not to mention the drive thru hadnt moved 15 mins after we had went inside.

I went through the drive through Tuesday oct. 18 , they didn't give any napkins, they didn't or forgot all sauces and sour cream cups were only a third full, it wasn't good and I don't recommend this taco bell, I would go to 7 th street or south side taco bell, very disappointed ☹️

Innocent teens had an awful and uncalled for encounter with a rude worker, after going through the drive through, getting food and eating in in the car, then throwing it away in the dumpster right by the building. They were completely unaware this was not permitted (no signs stated this) and simply thought taco bell trash bags could be thrown into a dumpster located beside taco bell. They were then harassed and videod/photographed by this nasty worker (brunette female who drives a silver chevvee sedan) and had to crawl into the dumpster to get two bags, due to being threatened of a call to the police by this lady, despite not knowing better and saying they were sorry and wouldn’t do it again. Not at ALL acceptable, absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Please look into this.

They won't answer their phone. I needed verification I'm not getting paid by them to get EBT and the lady who needed verification called them they answered then she identified who she was and they hung up. Second time she called they answered but didn't say anything and just hung up. I've tried 3 time to call and they won't answer
