Grilled in front of your eyes, as you order. I love freshly made food, it just tastes so much better. I do recommend an unconventional sub they make that tastes amazing. the "Chicken Teriyaki"

Was very disappointed. We were standing in line and the female employee, blond hair no name tag, was preparing cheese. She had no gloves on and pushed the trash down with her bare hands. Went right back to preparing chesse without washing her hands and touching it with her bare hands. Very disgusting!!!! She continuously touched food with her bare hands after handling money, touching her face, and picking her nose. Not once did she go in the back to wash her hands!! We did not eat there and will not be eating there for quit some time.😞

worked at place next door. opened the door to go home and accidentally hit the owner with it. he slammed the door open yelled in my face to get out of his way. then told my co worker later that it better not happen again or my face will get rearranged. got food there about a week later asked for pita bread, didn’t get pita bread and asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes. told them that wasn’t what I ordered and the girl rolled her eyes and sighed then remade it.

Food was average, service was poor. Some menu items were unavailable (chicken wings). After ordering, asked for mayo. Grill cook said “nope, we’re out. Ask Chick-fil-a, they probably have some”. Plus, it was $27.00 for 2 sandwiches, fries and small drinks. Do not recommend.

They were out of ham, bacon, and lettuce. No seasoning salt for the fires. Said it hadn’t made its way back from the food court tables. Gross to know they would have used it after not knowing were it had been. They are listed on the Parkersburg South discount card but they don’t take it and no sign saying they don’t. Will not be returning. Payed full price for food when they are out of items.

Heaven is a doll. I love going for the food, but to see her personable, silly self is amazing. Such a great worker. I've never genuinely adored mall food until I met the people and she's amazing

They over charge. The menu says 7.99 for a full sub they give you a 6in sub. They charged me 8.41 for the sub plus tax after that . Also asked for a drink I with no ice and they gave me a full cup of ice. With two sips of soda. Then later after I took a picture of the receipt next to the menu. The guy asked what I was doing and I said I was showing how they RIP off customers and then he started taking pictures of me cause my 3 yr old kid fell while sitting in his chair and he said Its child endangerment.

since the new owners have taken over they stay on top of things, always cleaning, always friendly and the food is way better! and the subs are huge! I also highly recommend the ribbon fries!
