Had an absolute amazing experience ordering our new washer and dryer set from Aarons in Elkins, WV. Patty was such a sweet lady, and very helpful. Couldn't have been more pleased with the ordering outcome, and can't wait until we get our new set

I really love this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The merchandise is great. The delivery time is very reasonable. A good place to decorate your home.

I have been a customer at Aaron's of Elkins for at least 10 years. I have never had a problem until now. I went last Wednesday, September 29,2020 and contracted a couch and love seat. Employees were helpful, manager was wonderful. I was told my furniture would be delivered yesterday. Nope, unload truck day. I was told I was THIRD on the delivery list today. Guess what, I have called more than once, only to be told it will be delivered. The drivers are on the road. CALL them....,they have cell phones, otherwise how do they call the customer to let know they are within minutes of delivery? Sorry, but I am very upset. It will be quite a while before I make another purchase. #3 delivery must mean last delivery of the day

Sorry but Don't think much of Aaron's in Elkins lawnmower just a year old and nothing but problems they come and picked it up the next day now it has been 2 weeks still no mower grass is over a foot tall i called and they had no answers for me had no idea and acted like they could care less very sad never again done with Aaron's at this put the mower will not have enough HP to mow the grass because it is so high not happy at all

I have been a customer for several years and Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They definitely go above and beyond to help you with all your needs.
Definitely recommend.

We went in to get furniture. They checked on us when we 1st came in but didn't hover. Once we needed help on the items we got it went great. The front desk was laughing and playing with my kids which helped with paperwork. All of them were very professional. They were able to deliver my furniture when I asked.
