DMV Regional Office

Alot better than they were a year ago. The one lady that did cdl renewal was quite uncordial last time I was here but seems to have improved somewhat. Perhaps someone from higher up had a talk with her. All in all a nice place to visit.

never ever have had any problems at point pleasant DMV. service people are friendly, courteous, and know their jobs well, offering to assist you in any way possible. i live in easy access to four different DMV regional offices and would not think of going to any one of them but point pleasant!

Faster than most got everything done in 1 trip very nice friendly and helpful workers

Clean and relatively fast, large space so not crowded and the employees are nice. That said it is the DMV and I hate having to spend one minute at one.

I waited out in the vehicle, but it took my daughter a good bit of time for a permit test. I think it was a bit busy.

Lady at the counter is EXTREMELY rude.
Has no personal skills and should not be the front line of hospitality in a STATE run facility.
She makes WV look bad 👎
She made several references to people being ignorant for not writing cursive. And called out a 16 year old boy for his inability to read accurately and also rolled her eyes at a young man who was in his early 20s who has NEVER had a license.
Rude. Obnoxious and unfriendly.remove her !!!!

Always a pleasure to go there. The employees are helpful and get you in and out in record time.

I'm here now and this lady at the counter is being snooty to everyone who comes in. People are trying to figure out what they need and shes yelling this wont work rolling her eyes and laughing because these people aren't understanding what she is saying. She told one lady to sit down shes busy when she was waiting for her number to be called. she was next and they called for another person so she went up to her to find out if she could go ahead n go up..how rude this lady is!
