Upon entering the store. A young man asked if we needed help. I said yes please. We need som dial pins. He has stated the had deliverys. A few minutes prior upon .My husband and myself arriving. So they were back in a corner. Hard to get to. No problem. He did it. What great customer service. And so polite. Plus he helped me find paint and glue. Just saying" ill be back" 😆 seriously Gave me a smile. And my husband as well. THANKS MCINTOSH 😊

Buyer be wary of purchasing large items here. They try to repair defective products and do not replace them so you get stuck with a brand new item that no longer works properly or at all! Even with a recipe they would not return a tiller purchased three days prior (purchased Friday, tried to use Saturday, closed sunday) that stopped working within 15 minutes of operation and after a month in their shop waiting for a replacement piece for the defective carburetor I finally got it back but to start it I was told I was going to have to cover the vent with one hand while I tried to start it with the other. Brand new, has to be jimmyed to work? And when I asked for a return I was told no because it "would be money out of [his] pocket". Bad way to run a business!

Repair tech is great. Had him fix my washer, other than waiting a couple weeks for the part he had it done right away.

Although the store is small, the staff made our shopping experience very pleasant indeed. We bought a washer and dryer and a recliner and I am extremely happy with my purchases !

Looks old timey outside but 100% Quality and excellent customer service and tons of good products packed into it be store. They ever have furniture! One stop shop & will be shopping with them again!!
