My experience with Vail furniture is such that I would recommend them to anyone before they try someplace else. The quality of merchandise they handle is very good and reasonably priced. Sales are infrequent but when they have one it's a good one.

had chair for only A year and it broke. Had A vale person come to look at it and said he could not find anything wrong with the chair.What an insult so i am to dumb to know that my chair is broke .To me it looked and sound like he was trying to get out of fixing the chair.Then me and my son pointed out to him what was wrong and gave the excuse that the broken part was hidden behind something and could not see it.really vale cant you find someone better then that!

They have gone the extra mile when setting my Father up with a recliner. Always great to work with! I will continue to buy all my furniture there!

Most of their employees didn't bother to wear a mask, and 2 other customers came in without one on either. I asked the sales person, who was wearing a mask , about why they didn't say anything but she acted like she didn't hear. It was made mandatory yesterday to wear one indoors at shopping places.

Bought an Amish king size bedroom suite. Live the wood finish and it goes great with our floors. Vails staff are always friendly and ready to help.

Went for a specialty item n didnt find it. On our way out, they offered to order one for us, any way we wanted it! We are so pleased.
