This is my second time buying furniture from Cupp's. Once again, the experience was great. Mr. Cupps is wonderful to work with. I told him exactly what pieces I was looking for and he showed me several options within my price range. His staff is friendly and helpful and I will definitely go back there again for my furniture and accessory needs.

My fiance and I looked at every other furniture store in the area to find the best value for a large sectional or couch/recliner combination. Cupps has the widest selection, nicest products, and hands on service. Mr Cupp helped us to narrow down our choices to the best fit for our home and needs, and even suggested a table set and entertainment center that fill the vision of our new living room. Also, the financing is fair and not nearly as complicated as other stores in the area. It gives you the comfort of a family business instead of the feel that they just wanna sell you like many companies in this economy do. The men that delivered and set it up were very articulate and careful in doing so, even set up the electronic reclining systems for us too. We were both well pleased in the time and effort Mr Cupp put in to show he genuinely cares about his business and satisfaction of its customers. Thumbs up 👍

We love Cupps Furniture! We bought a large sectional sofa and the guys that delivered it actually had to remove a window to get it into our living room! They were amazing professionals and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers! I would recommend Cupps to anyone!

Very personal shopping experience as always with Phil. My husband and I Bought a beautiful 4 panel folding screen for a reasonable price of $159.00. There were several choices and they were all great quality! We chose the black with gold accents. We will be back again soon.

Called for help with furniture the the electrical recliner quicker work. No help said they would look up the paper work and get back with me . They never called . Don't take out the insurance on the furniture there it's a big joke. So sorry I paid for Guardman furniture protection plan.5 year elite furniture protection plan I have the papers no.27846191. I do not wish to do business with them any more.

Cupps has the most beautiful furniture. The items we bought haven't been delivered yet. But I can't wait until they are here. Everyone should stop in and look around. Have plenty of time there is something for every room. I love Cupps.
