Aaron's

They go above and beyond the day your payment is due to get a hold of you. But when you have a problem with a product they don't want to do anything to help you. Our freezer we purchased from them isn't freezing everything like it should, told them about it and they said they could pick it up and put a wet rag in it and if it freezes then there isn't anything wrong with it, when we clearly know something isn't right. I don't know how the manager keeps his job with how rude he is. Will NEVER purchase another item from Aaron's again. All they are after is your money.

I absolutely love this store and the employees. Travis is the manger and is an awesome person . He and his employees go beyond means to help you find the right product and the right price to fit your budget. I been here for a little over 5 years. I cant find it in my heart to shop anywhere else. This aarons is like my family. And they always take care of me . They know how to make you smile , and laugh . The employees here aren't just employees they become your family as well. And yes they do give you reminder calls witch is great. And your not being harrassed to death like some other companies do. If you need furniture or electronics I give this store a 100 stars . They are very helpful and most of all very clean. My husband and I love Aaron's in Ripley wv. They always have what we need or they go the extra mile to try to get it for us. Their employees are very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have. We used to deal with Rent A Center but they never took care of us like the people at Aaron's.

First, the staff is super nice. Second, I Love my new bedroom I got, something I am proud of. Last, the prices are very comparible to other places. Keep up the good work!! :)

As a veteran and business owner, I have never been treated so rudely as I was by Aaron's. This to the point that I canceled my purchase. I will never purchase another item from these people!

We just purchased a washer/dryer set. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They even delivered same day which was amazing service ! Our set was reasonably priced as well. Heading back to them for a refrigerator very soon. Great local store !!

Aarons is great the payments r cheap the people that brings your stuff is very nice I have had lots of things with aarons now i have a washer and dryer and TV I love aarons and when I got sick and couldn't not make a payment they let me come n when I got better

I hear alot of people complain about the cost of financing, etc., but that's the price you pay, especially if you plan to rent to own long-term. That's just haters for you. My advice: Pay cash or take advantage of the early payout option... Pay the Same-As-Cash price for your item, but split it up over 6 months! That's the way to do it. Hell, you can't even do that at Walmart!
