Was needing exhaust vent pipe to install a pellet stove, they were referred too me, so I called them. Upon discussing what I needed, I was told that they had everything I needed in stock. They asked what brand stove I had, and when I told them, that's when the whole conversation went bad. I was asked who was gonna service it when I had problems, and I told him I would. He sighed and said Yeah right, you sent your money out of state and you should have bought a stove here because we service them, not you. He also informed me that I could have bought a stove off them cheaper, not knowing what I paid. Never been talked too like this before by a someone I was going too give my business too. I will definitely be sure not too pass any business there way.

Great experience, created us at the door. Was very accommodating to help us find what we needed. Fast delivery, we bought the furniture and 4 hours later it was at the house

They have alot of furniture there you have to at least check them out also when you are looking.

Bought a pellet stove off them supposed to be brand new...first 6 months broke down daily guess what its only warranties 1 year from when u buy i they refused to trade it out on something else then u call they say they have no time to talk to u get another source of heat...well don't sell junk a holes

Been here 2 times in a month. Did not purchase the last two times, but have my eye on a few things for my new home. Sales associates are always extremely helpful. The last purchase I made from here was a lovely oak desk (to use for my job, as I work from home). I paid only $300 and no other place in town had one with a slide out tray that closes for a keyboard and with the quality that I would never have to purchase another again. I love my desk!

Very dissatisfied with customer service and also very dissatisfied that you can't get someone in to take a look at a pellet stove from them that is still under warranty! Instead you are told they will get to you sometime in the week. That is our sole and only heat! So what to do now? The reason we got it was to heat our house and not have to use electric heaters and yet here we are again "trying" to heat with little electric heaters that do nothing. Extremely DISSATISFIED!! 😡😠👎👎👎👎👎
